Almost Dun Blue Wing Olive (BWO)

The Almost Dun series of flies imitate the emerging mayfly with the nymphal shuck trailing under the surface and a light foam parachute post that is easy to spot on the water’s surface. Fish them for those picky fish that will take emergers but pass on high floating traditional dry patterns.
