The Hanky is a famous Alaskan Mouse Fly Pattern, featuring a rabbit fur body, rubber legs that wiggle, and a distinctive foam back that keeps it floating high and upright on the water for big tout. Our version uses a stinger hook for better hook-ups, mimicking a real mouse crossing the water. Its key elements are the buoyancy from the foam, lifelike motion from legs/fur, and an upward-riding hook for safe catch-and-release, enticing predatory fish.
