Presentation. That’s simply what this rod is all about. With all the same great technology as the Berend XF series, the APEX was designed specifically for the trout angler in mind while presenting stealthy dries. The APEX is perfect for wading and long days in the boat. Preferred for short to medium cast, producing delicate and natural presentations on light tippets. A relatively soft tip maximizes its design for tippet protection while producing a very smooth, effortless cast. It loads best in the mid section of the rod making this rod great for feel of line and learning to cast effectively.
